Terms and Conditions
Secret Intelligence Private Limited (Singapore) · Last updated 29 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of fiatdesk.com and its pages, including the FiatDesk Wiki (the website). By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Who we are
FiatDesk is operated by Secret Intelligence Private Limited, a private company limited by shares incorporated in Singapore (FiatDesk, we, us). You can contact us at contact@fiatdesk.com.
2. What the website is, and is not
- The website describes FiatDesk’s technology and services and publishes educational material. It is not an offer, invitation or solicitation to provide any financial service in any jurisdiction.
- FiatDesk is a financial technology company, not a bank. Accounts, deposit addresses, conversions and payments are provided by our partner banks under their own terms. FiatDesk does not hold client funds.
- Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement with you, and by the terms of the relevant partner bank. If those agreements conflict with these terms, the agreements apply.
- All services are subject to eligibility, verification, our and our partner banks’ risk and compliance checks, and applicable law. They may not be available in every jurisdiction, and we or a partner bank may decline to onboard any business.
- Figures shown on the website, including pricing, onboarding times and screenshots, are indicative. Screenshots of the platform use illustrative data. Your actual terms are those agreed in writing.
3. No advice
Nothing on the website, including the FiatDesk Wiki, is financial, investment, legal, tax or regulatory advice. Wiki articles are general and educational, are dated, and may not reflect the latest law or market conditions. Take professional advice before acting on anything you read here.
4. Stablecoin and digital asset risk
Stablecoins and other digital assets are not legal tender and are not backed by any government. Their value can fluctuate, a stablecoin can lose its peg to its reference asset, and blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Whether funds held at a partner bank are covered by a deposit insurance scheme depends on the bank and its jurisdiction.
5. Using the website
You agree not to:
- use the website for any unlawful purpose, or to promote or facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, fraud or any other financial crime
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any connected system, or interfere with its operation
- introduce malware, or use the website in a way that could damage, disable or overload it
- misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any person or organisation when contacting us
We may suspend or restrict access to the website at any time.
6. Intellectual property
The website, its design, text, graphics, screenshots, logos and the FiatDesk name are owned by or licensed to Secret Intelligence Private Limited and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may view the website and share links to it. You may quote or cite FiatDesk Wiki articles for non-commercial and educational purposes with attribution to “FiatDesk Wiki” and a link to the source article. 7. Third-party websites and services
The website links to and uses third-party services, including our booking provider and the sources cited in the FiatDesk Wiki. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.
8. Accuracy and availability
We take care to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate, current or free of errors, or that it will be available without interruption. The website is provided “as is” and “as available”, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Secret Intelligence Private Limited and its directors, employees and partners are not liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect or consequential, arising from your use of or reliance on the website, including the FiatDesk Wiki. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
